Return Eligibility & Return Window

We support a 60-day extended return policy for all purchased products. Customers can apply for returns via our official Contact page within the valid return period if products fail to meet usage expectations, arrive with manufacturing defects or have undetected transit damage.
All returned items must remain in original intact condition with complete original packaging, unused appearance and full attached accessories to qualify for official return approval.

Refund Processing Timeline

After our warehouse receives, inspects and confirms qualified returned goods, all approved full refunds or partial refunds will be automatically initiated. The complete refund amount will be returned to the original payment account within 5 to 10 business days.

Return Shipping & Additional Cost Explanation

Our store covers all cross-border logistics costs for outbound deliveries only. Return shipping fees shall be borne by customers unless products are confirmed to have inherent factory quality defects.

Unacceptable Return Situations

  • Products with obvious artificial damage, scratches or missing accessories caused by improper personal use
  • Products discarded original official packaging without reserved inspection proofs
  • Return applications submitted beyond the valid 60-day return period
